Placing your Order
You may place your order by using our shopping cart on this website, or by calling 1300 760 664.
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.
Payment is required at checkout via our preferred payment method/s.
Earth de Fleur Homewares reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Payment Methods & Processing
Earth de Fleur Homewares accepts PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Payment can also be made by direct deposit to our bank account. Orders paid for by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Please enter your order number in the transaction description.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button.
For all orders we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Please Note:
We will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia. Our preference in this instance via PayPal only.
You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
If your PayPal payment is funded by an e-cheque this may substantially delay processing your order while payment clears.
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Earth de Fleur Homewares through this website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Earth de Fleur Homewares suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor Earth de Fleur Homewares reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Earth de Fleur Homewares
GST
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST. Items that include GST, and the total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.

Earth de Fleur Homewares always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices & we reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on this website at any time.
Supply of Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation. If your product is unavailable an alternative replacement will be offered or a full refund.
Care of Products ~ Metal/Timber Items
Metal Items - Some items are constructed with metal (steel) and tin and timber. These items
are not protected with anti-rust and/or timber protection treatment and if left unprotected will be subject to the natural forces which produce rust, timber rot.
Earth de Fleur Homewares does not give warranty against rusting or natural corrosion on any metal or timber item.
Rusting of metal is a normal process and the time taken for natural rust to form on the item will depend on the position, proximity to water and wind, and how the item is treated. We recommend coating your item with a clear lacquer or Rustguard to protect your item, please contact your local hardware store. Same with timber, if left untreated will be exposed to the natural elements.
Hand Made Variances
We specialise in natural raw materials and hand painted/hand made/hand finished products. For this reason there may be some natural variances and slight imperfections between each piece. This is the beauty of a handmade/handpainted product & not considered flaws in the design. No refunds will be given to these variances. Every effort is made to ensure that the colour is consistent between each piece. However it is expected to have slight colour variances from piece to piece due to handmade items. We ensure high quality and try to meet high expectations. Computer monitors have different colour gradients and might look different to the actual product and will differ from monitor to monitor.

RUSTED FINISH -
- Each product has its own unique character and natural finish. The colour variations are part of the intentional design and being an organic process, it cannot be controlled.
- Exposure to the elements and environment will cause changes and a continuation of the rusting process, to slow this down, we recommend a small degree of maintenance.
This involves a spray-on coat of Penetrol when needed which can be purchased from any hardware store.
- Please note that harsh weather conditions may cause running. We disclaim all responsibility of damages that may have been as a result of rust development.
POWDER COATED SURFACES -
- The effects of ultra violet light, pollution, dirt, grime and salt deposits can all accumulate on your powder coated surface over time. This will break down the finish and produce rust. To slow this down, a maintenance and cleaning program should be carried out.

Refund & Return Policy
For all items shown as IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY if you happen to change your mind simply Contact Us within 7 days after delivery for a return form and organise to send your item back to us. We will refund your item/s immediately once received. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer & your original delivery fee will not be refunded. We use real time payment processing so please check with us first on availability ETA as there are various lead times on certain products.
*No refunds will be accepted for custom orders once your invoice has been paid. All products we have custom ordered from our supplier cannot be accepted for a full refund for change of mind. For all custom made product orders, if your order has commenced production we cannot accept refunds.
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods & provide photographic proof. We will instruct you whether to return the goods, and will offer you a replacement, refund or credit towards your next purchase. It is recommended that when your goods are delivered, that you check the contents before signing for them.
It is important to retain a copy of your posted receipt for your own reference. It is suggested that you insure your return package at your own cost because Earth de Fleur Homewares cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post. Please note that delivery cost for returning product/s is non-refundable by Earth de Fleur Homewares and should be beared at your own cost, unless product/s were faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, and authorised by Earth de Fleur Homewares. All returned items must be in an unused, unwashed, re-saleable condition and are accompanied with its original packaging.
Where a refund is requested and approved, we will refund your original method of payment with the price of the returned product/s. Please allow up to 14 days to process your refund.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("Act"), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in Earth de Fleur Homewares for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option Earth de Fleur Homewares, to the replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s).
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
Earth de Fleur Homewares reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
No Earth de Fleur Homewares employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
Force Majeure
Earth de Fleur Homewares shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Earth de Fleur Homewares, and Earth de Fleur Homewares shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
