Each parcel is barcoded and assigned a Consignment number. This number is provided to you via email once your parcel has been despatched. You can track your E-parcel at –
A signature upon delivery is required for all parcels and if you are not home a card will be left in your letter box advising you to collect at your nearest post office.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery and Cancellation
We will deliver a Product between 1-6 business days after acceptance of an Order, in accordance with the terms of Delivery Schedule. If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you must immediately contact sales@earthhomewares.com.au we will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the product/s have not been despatched.
What happens if my products are damaged when I receive them?
No matter how well we package our products, sometimes (rarely) they get broken. Boxes are transferred from vans to planes to trucks and are surrounded by other boxes on top, underneath them. If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible.
