*All orders to remote regional locations, outback WA or NT will be at our discretion. Many large items cannot be shipped at the rates above due to the exceptionally high freight cost. If you order large item/s to a destination within this region we will contact you and provide a quote. This is rare but we do reserve the right to cancel any order subject to these terms if you do not wish to proceed with the provided freight quote.

Bulky Item Surcharge - We charge extra for bulky items, this will automatically calculate at checkout.

Fire pits, sculptures, steel screens & furniture - Please Contact Us for a quote on selected items. Freight charge is subject to your postcode, we will quote you accordingly. 

We use various couriers.  All deliveries require signature on delivery.

All custom ordered products, pre-purchase of new season release & back ordered items are subject to lead times. Please Contact Us if you are unsure and we can advise delivery ETA.

International customers

Earth de Fleur Homewares can accept orders from international customers outside Australia, however please note delivery is only available within Australia.  Due to the high freight costs associated from Australia to other parts of the world and the size of our products it is not economical to freight overseas.

What happens if my products are damaged when I receive them?

If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within 7 days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time. We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.
