We are closed from 23rd Dec - 07th Jan.  All orders will be process after this date.  Some warehouse depots will commence despatch from 08th Jan and some from the 15th Jan.  If you order is urgent please contact us to be advised.

We offer Flat Rate shipping for your entire order for ALL states below:

*All orders to remote regional locations, outback WA or NT will be at our discretion. Many large items cannot be shipped at the rates above due to the exceptionally high freight cost. If you order large item/s to a destination within this region we will contact you and provide a quote. This is rare but we do reserve the right to cancel any order subject to these terms if you do not wish to proceed with the provided freight quote.

Bulky Item Surcharge - We charge extra for bulky items, this will automatically calculate at checkout.

Fire pits, sculptures, steel screens & furniture - Please Contact Us for a quote on selected items. Freight charge is subject to your postcode, we will quote you accordingly. 

We use various couriers.  All deliveries require signature on delivery.

Express Post Delivery - This is an option, depending on your location and order size, please call us on 1300 760 664 or Contact Us for a quote.

All IN STOCK ITEMS are despatched within 24 hours of next business day, direct deposit payments will be despatched same day payment has cleared. Whilst we endeavour to keep to our high minimum standard of 24 hour despatch in peak periods there may be a short delay. All custom ordered products, pre-purchase of new season release & back ordered items are subject to lead times. Please Contact Us if you are unsure and we can advise delivery ETA.

International customers

Earth de Fleur Homewares can accept orders from international customers outside Australia, however please note delivery is only available within Australia.  Due to the high freight costs associated from Australia to other parts of the world and the size of our products it is not economical to freight overseas.

Pick Up from The Collective Market Southbank Brisbane

We trade at the Collective Market every Friday, 5pm-9pm, Saturday 10am- 9pm & Sunday 9am-4pm. You are most welcome to purchase online to guarantee availability of your product or give us a call on 1300 760 664 to advise which products you would like to view. Please note not all products are available at this market so please let us know if you would like to view a particular item/s.

What happens if my products are damaged when I receive them?

If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within 7 days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time. We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.
